Description
Size: 1.8 cm.

Color: Top pinkish fawn with three pale bands, a few indistinct brown spots and a prominent red-brown central blotch, anterior ends with small spots at the side and tips, posterior end un spotted, base and sides yellow or pale tan and strongly spotted.

Elongate-ovate, ends slightly projecting, spire impressed, teeth short.
