Size: Length 10-45 mm.

Cephalic plate oval-shaped, slanting with a smooth cephalic rim. Nucal grooves straight, parallel. Anal funnel with several small cirri and a long ventral cirrus. Long slender, bipinnate setae absent. Ocelli present. Two antennal achaetous segments. Anal funnel with a long ventral cirrus. A ventral row of numerous small hooks on the first setigerous segment. Long slender bipinnate setae absent.
