Size: Length 22.54-60 mm; width 12.5-37.54 mm; height 5.80-16.75 mm

Shell oblong, subovate, inequivalve, the left more heavy and convex than the right. Umbo is posterior. It is sculptured with spaced growth lines and minute concentric striae. Hinge with only cardinal teeth. Siphons are very long and the inhalent siphon extends out of the burrow.
