Description
Length: 28.9-40 µm x 14.5 - 20.7 µm.

Generally ovoid with the anterior rather flattened and angular and the posterior somewhat reduced in width. The oral region lies in a slight depression in the anterior of the body. Somatic ciliation is sparse anteriorly, a caudal cilium is present. The macronucleus is spherical.
