Description
Size: Length 20.30-31.10 mm; diameter 15.50-27.10 mm; length of aperture 13.18-26.45 mm.

Color: Dark brown to chocolate, apertural margin dark chocolate brown, interior white. Operculum slightly ovate.

Shell globosely ovate; spire acute, low, body whorl large, sculptured with spiral ridges, ridges nodulose, interstices with 2-3 rows of scabrous rings. Aperture narrow, elongate, not constricted. Outer lip margin crenulate, drawn into digitate processes extending from ridges. First one canaliculate, rest scaly. Interior with 6 rounded teeth. Columella calloused extending posteriorly, plicated anteriorly. Umbelicle formed in some cases.
