Description
Size: Maximum shell length 14 cm, commonly to 9.5 cm.

Color: White; margin show pale pinkish tinge.

Shell is rounded; concentric lamallae are large, overlapping; hinge moderately thick and the single hinge tooth on the left valve is deeper and spacious.
