Max height of the aperture: 4.75-9.00 mm

Color: Dark brown

Shell acuminate, ovate; fine longitudinal ribs; interstices of ribs finely striated; aperture broad; flexous, denticulate on both the sides; outer lip thickened; canal shortly acuminated, somewhat reflected. Radula is of rachiglossate type and consists of more than 108 transverse rows of teeth. Each transverse row has one central flanked by one lateral on either side. The central tooth bears 12 strong denticulations and the lateral stronger denticulations.
