Size: Length 28.30-61.42 mm; diameter 21.10-47.20 mm; length of aperture 20.18-38.22 mm; length of spire 11-30.05 mm.

Color: Creamy white, tubercles reddish in color, aperture orange yellow, lirations reddish in color.

Shell ovate, thick, spire short, acute, consists of 3-4 tuberculated whorls. Body whorl ovately broad, ornamented with 4-5 rows of prominent tubercles. Aperture medium size, ovate, outer lip thick, finely crenulate, interior lirate, inner lip smooth, 1 or 2 plicae anteriorly. Anal sulcus deep, open; canal short, open. Spiral sculpture consists of 5-6 cords in between tubercular rows.
