Size: 3.5 cm.

Color: Cream, usually with axial bands of brown between the ribs.

Whorls with angulate and nodulose shoulders, sculptured with about eight axial ribs crossed by numerous scabrous cords, usually with at least one prominent varix on the body whorl, outer lip finely serrate along the margin, with 6-8 elongate inner denticles, columella vertical anteriorly beside the canal.
