Size: 5 cm.

Color: Brown, usually with a cream band on the first spiral cord, beads usually white, incised lines darker brown.

Solid, shiny, with 14-17 whorls, sculpture of three strong, beaded spiral cords and a fourth weaker one close to suture, cords separated by deeply incised spiral lines, outer lip crenulate, columellar plait weak, anterior canal reflexed at 80ยบ from shell axis.
