Size: Length 11.64-22.94 mm; diameter 2.62-4.05 mm

Color: White or bluish white.

Shell large, moderately stout and well curved; sculpture consist of eight strong, raised, rounded longitudinal ribs, sharp and prominent at the narrow posterior end, separated by deep, wide, flattened and slightly concave interstices, traversed by numerous longitudinal striae; growth lines inconspicuous; aperture slightly oblique, longer than broad and octagonal in shape.
