Description
Size: Maximum shell length 10 cm, commonly to 6 cm.

Color: Shell is white, light yellowish within, rosy brown towards anterior margin but rest of the margin dark rose.

Shell semi-orbicular, compressed, sculptured with fine concentric striae and growth lines. It is radiately grooved, grooves narrow, distantly placed in the middle, closer towards sides.
