Size: 9 cm diam.

Color: White to pale yellow.

High-spired, spire angle 65º-92º, dorsal sculpture of distinct riblets which cross folds and growth lines, base flat to slightly concave, with subspiral, wavy striae crossing distinct, curved growth lines, and a small umbilicus which may be closed in adults, foreign objects large, usually elongate, obscure about 2/3 of the dorsal surface, operculum suboval, with weak rugose growth lamellae and a midlateral nucleus.

The foreign objects project like spines from the periphery.
