Description
Size: 3.5 cm.
Color: Dull black, sometimes with yellow lines between the ribs, interior white, operculum green or grey.
Turbinate, spire relatively high, outer surface strongly sculptured with 12-15 broad, rough, spiral ribs, outer lip sharp-edged and fluted, inner side strongly toothed with one particularly large tooth at the posterior end, columellar deck transversely lirate posteriorly, strongly pustulose anteriorly, with 4-5 large marginal teeth, operculum minutely granulose.
