Description
Shell has strong nodular surface, the sides of the shell are more or less straightj, the lower rows of tubercles in each whorl are enlarged but they are strong and pronounced, and the stout fillet which they form is traversed by strong, thick, oblique, transpirally elongated ribs. The basal surface of the body whorl bears beaded spiral ridges. The columella is distinctly denticulated.
