Description
Size: 12 cm TL.

Juveniles have a conspicuous dorsal ocellus behind a wide white band. Large adults are uniformly dirty bronze in color. Dorsal spines (total): 12, Dorsal soft rays (total): 15 - 17, Anal spines: 2, Anal soft rays: 12 - 13.
