Size: 7 cm.

Color: Exterior brown or fawn, often green between the ribs, operculum with a green centre and brown outer margin.

Height and width about equal, umbilicus usually open, bordered by a thick, double funicle, whorls convex, shoulder keel weak or lacking, sculptured with axial threads and strong spiral cords which may bear small prickles, operculum granulose.
