Description
Size: 30-40 mm. by 2-2.5 mm.

Prostomium rounded, with a transverse row of eyes. Tentacles few, long, stout and grooved. Three pairs of gills, each of numerous simple, coiled filaments. Smooth tipped capillary setae on nearly all the segments. First foot on the first branchial segment. Tori from the fourth setigerous segment. Uncini avicular, in single rows, retrogressive, with several rows of denticles on the vertex and a knob at the end of the manubrium. Abdominal pinnules standing well out. 20-25 ventral biannulate scutes.
