Size: 80-120 mm. by 6 mm.

Rim of the cephalic plate divided into three lobes by deep lateral notches: dorsal lobe serrated, lateral lobes fringed with cirri of unequal lengths. First segment produced into a collar notched on each side. 19 setigerous segments. No achaetous anteannals. The dorso posterior margin of the anal plate is expanded into a petaloid plume having six to twelve corners, each of which is prolonged into a long slender sirrus. Tube membranous coated with mud.
