Description
Color: Usually brown, yellow or green

Colonies are hemispherical or short thick columns. Calices are 3-5 mm in diameter. Columellae are small. Living colonies have very large polyps (Source: WoRMS).

Gonochoric, sexual, broadcast spawning.
