Description
Color: Usually uniform dark or greenish-brown, yellowish to grey

Colonies are initially cup-shaped, developing broad, unifacial, upright to horizontal fronds, or becoming irreguarly contorted. Corallites are immersed to long and tubular, the latter being strongly appressed on upright fronds. Calices are 1.5-2.5 mm in diameter (Source: WoRMS).
