Animal large, heavily built, elongate-ovate being narrow anteriorly and broader posteriorly with blunt tail; anterior tentacles large and flattened, rhinophores short and stumpy with transverse grooves externally giving it a segmented appearance; parapodia short, fused posteriorly; shell large, broadly rounded with a beak-like apex. Ctenidium large and bears branched lamellae; surface with reticulate markings alternating with clear spaces.
