Size: 2.5 cm.

Color: Cream, brown, pale tan or grey, oftern with a central brown band on the body whorl, shoulder nodules usually white, interior brown.

Elongate-ovate with a tall spire and deep suture, axial ribs confined to the shoulders, usually forming prominent nodules, whorls smooth, spiral sculpture limited to striae on the early whorls and a few cords anteriorly, outer lip with 6-7 sharp denticles, columellar callus thick but wrapped around the side of the body whorl and not forming a flat base.
