Description
Size: Length 13.95-29.05 mm; diameter 10.56-15.40 mm; height of aperture 10.02-15.40 mm; height of spire 10.50-17.75 mm.

Color: White or grey, nodules dark brown, lip and columella edges dark brown, denticles and interior white, teeth on outer margin bluish white.

Very solid, ovate to biconical, body whorl with five spiral rows of heavy tubercles, plus a short, nodulose fasciole, aperture narrow, outer lip thick, with four prominent denticles, the posterior two large and close together, columella thickly calloused anteriorly and bears two or more weakly defined folds.
