Size: Length 17.46-41.15 mm; diameter 13.55-36.15 mm; length of aperture 8.15-37.82 mm.

Color: White, nodules and spines brown or black, lip teeth white, columella and interior dark violet.

Body whorl with four spiral rows of large conical nodules, an anterior spiral rib with lower nodules and a spinose fasciole, fine scaly spiral cords present between the rows, outer lip finely denticulate between the 4-5 prominent spines on the margin, inner side with two separate strong denticles anteriorly, a fused pair centrally and a fused set of 2-4 posteriorly, columella with 3-4 strong plicate folds.
