Size: 6 cm.

Color: Yellow-brown, with darker brown ribs, outer lip denticles brown, columellar lirae white.

Fusiform, with impressed suture and convex whorls lacking any shoulder angulation, the single varix moderately thick and rounded, with 16-20 spiral ribs, widely spaced, very distinct, flat and smooth on top, interspaces smooth, outer lip slightly raised and sharp-edged beside the varix, bearing 11 inner denticles, parietal wall with a prominent callus, columella thin and narrow, made lirate by the ribs on the whorl below it centrally, but with raised lirae anteriorly, anterior canal of medium length, periostracum smooth but frilled on the varix.
