Size: 7 cm.

Color: Cream with brown blotches and darker brown spots on the spiral cords between the nodes.

Solid, usually glossy, with 10-15 whorls, strongly sculptured, with four nodulose spiral cords on later whorls, fine spiral striae between the cords, and prominent nodes below the suture, nodes sometimes spinose, weak axial ribs sometimes present, body whorl with 8-19 nodulose cords, outer lip smooth, columella heavily calloused, with strong central plaits, anterior canal long.
