Size: Length 54.9 mm.

Head demarcated from trunk by a groove, with 2 pairs of flattened lateral wing-like expansions. On either side of the oral disc an anterior pair of lobes and a larger pair postero-medially. Anterior part of trunk swollen, with 2 pairs of digitiform processes directed obliquely backwards, ventral ones nearly twice as long as dorsal. Abdomen one-and-three-fourth times the length of trunk, anal laminae absent.

Parasitic on Cybium commersoni (fish).
