Description
Length of the head is nearly equal its distance from the base of the dorsal fin. Eyes are rather small, about 2 diameters from the end of the snout and about three part. Interorbital space is nearly flat and the osseous portion is less than two diameters of the eye wide. Teeth are about the same size in both jaws. Dorsal fin is situated in the last fourth of the body excluding the caudal fin. Dorsal and anal fins are rounded. Caudal fin is also rounded. Spine are small.
