Description
Color: Brownish in colour and covered with fine dark spots on head and body.

Tail is little shorter than the trunk. Eyes are nearer the end od snout than angle of mouth. Teeth are present in a single row, about 18 or 20 in either mandible, the 2 anterior being canines. Canines are of moderate size. The mouth can be completely shut, 1 or 2 of anterior vomerine series are larger than those in the premaxillaries.
