Description
Size: 54 mm. by 1.5 mm.

Cephalic plate rim divided into three smooth lobes by the deep lateral notches. First segment achaetous, with anterior border drawn out into a collar notched on each side and in the middle of the ventral lobe. 19 setigerous segments and two achaetous anteannals. Dorsal lobe of the rounded anal plate smooth, ventral lobe bluntly denticulated.
