Description
Size: Max length 2.0 cm TL (male)

Color: Three low, white longitudinal dorsal ridges, white mantle skirt, four black longitudinal bands and translucent straw-colored rhinophores; straight ridges join at the anus.

Similar species: Phyllidiopsis phiphiensis, Phyllidiopsis annae and Phyllidiopsis sphingis
