Description
Size: 27.5 cm.

Color: Vertical fins with a narrow, black, exteriorly white, edge.

Height equal to head, 5.5, 6 in total length. Length of head less than its distance from anal. Inter orbital space less than eye, which is as long as snout and one fifth of head. Jaws equal in front. Maxillary reaching to below eye. The six upper barbels are always as long as eye, the six lower ones are somewhat longer. The band of teeth on the palate is as broad as the anterior part of the band on the upper jaw, and as the eye. Pectorals half as long as head, and almost as long as the inner ventral ray.
