Description
Size: Length 2.7 mm.

Wings on genital segment horizontal, abdominal wings narrow and overlapping genital wings and reaching far beyond the tip of the abdomen, distal half of abdomen not taking part in the formation of the wings.

Parasitic on the gills of fishes (Mene maculata and Alectis indica).
