Description
Size: Length 2.8 mm.

Carapace transversely ovate, with posterior transverse rib, free trunk segments swollen and sub-equal to the carapace in size, fifth and genital segments narrower than the fourth segment. Abdomen very short, 3-segmented, nearly a quarter of the length of the rest of the body. Egg tubes as long as the body. Proximal part of distal segment of maxilliped produced. Exopods of legs 2-4 armed with setiform spines, segment 3 of endopod with large flanged claws.

Parasitic on Gastrophysus lunaris and Lagocephalus inermis (fish) in the buccal cavity.
