Description
Size: length 1.868-2.189 mm
The posterior thoracic margin ends on each side in a well-marked , backwardly directed spine.
The proportional lengths of cephalothorax and abdomen are 47 to 15; the abdomen being contained 3.12 times in the length of the anterior region of the body.
In the larger ones the genital swelling on the ventral aspect of the 1st abdominal segment is more pronounced than in the smalles ones. In smaller specimens, the marginal spine on exopod 2 clearly falls short of the level of the proximal spine on the margin of exopod 3; whereas in the larger forms it reaches to or even slightly beyond this level.
