Description
Size: 9 cm.

Color: This brilliant blue damsel has more yellow ventrally than P. pavo . Yellow-orange tail and posterior parts of dorsal and anal fins.

Dorsal spines (total): 13; Dorsal soft rays (total): 13 - 15; Anal spines: 2; Anal soft rays: 14 - 15.
