Description
Size: 10-40 mm.

Thoracic segments few, 6-7.8-11 gill filaments destitute of eyes. Collar sloping backwards, deeply notched and bilobed ventrally. Thoracic and abdominal capillary setae with elongate narrow wings and very long filiform tips. Thoracic spatulate setae have pear shaped blades with finely pointed tips. Tube membranous, coated with mud and sand.
