Description
Color: Dark red in life, pale brown in spirit.

Worms thread-like. Prostomium bluntly conical, without eyes. Thorax with 12 segments, first segment achaetous; setigers 1-4 with short capillaries in both rami; setigers 5-11 with long-handled hooded hooks in both rami. Abdominal hooded hooks with shorter shafts than in thorax. Branchiae absent. Pygidium with a short, median anal cirrus.
