Length: 5.40-10.35 mm
Width: 4.40-7.85 mm
Height: 3.60-6.10 mm

Shell obliquely ovate, inflated, inequilateral; anterior end long, somewhat tapering; posterior end short less than half of anterior side; umbone prominent and recurved backward; sculptured with fine concentric striae, almost absent on the umbonal region; inner side nacreous; ventral inner margin smooth; teeth bigger in the mid region, with gradually reduced in size on either side, anterior with 18-22 and posterior with 7 teeth.
