Description
Encrusting. Zooecia large, convex, marginal valleys distinct, a median longitudinal area commonly imperforate. Orifices semicircular, condyles and peristome wanting. Avicularia generally absent, rarely large, vicarious. Ovicells smooth or slightly granular.
