Description
Color: Outer surface of the shell is brownish marked with dark brown patches.

Shell narrow, elongate and spindle shaped with very sharply angulated whorls and a strongly elevated and markedly turretted spire; the angular shoulder on the whorls are strongly nodularly ribbed, these ribs extending downwards to the base on the whorls of the spire and also on the greater part of the body whorl adjoining the columellar border; but on the outer half of the surface of the body whorl, these ribs gradually take the shape of stout, angular tubercles and get confined to the region of the shoulder.
