Description
Size: 30 mm in length

Color: White or cream, sometimes with a faint yellowish line around the base, umbilical area, nuclear whorls and interior of aperture white, funicle finely ridged; operculum dark reddish-orange.

Shell small, thick, not much compressed laterally, spire low and conical. Aperture large and lunar ovate, umbilical groove very deep and less circular, funicle not much conspicuous, terminates in a ledge-like callus pad.
