Size (Zooecium): Length 550 µ; breadth 400 µ.

Encrusting on shells. Size of the zooecia vary, usually small in the central part of the colony, size increasing towards the periphery. Arrangement of zooecia in longitudinal rows, with shallow grooves separating them. Gymnocyst vestigial, spines absent, opesia rounded or oval, when oval, rounded proximally. Paired adventitious avicularia present at the distal sides of the zooecia. Avicularium with a slightly acute rostrum moderately raised distally and directed transversally inwards to the zooecia. A triangular space present by the side of the rostrum distally. Ovicells present, hyperstomial, half of which raised from the surface. The distal region of the fertile zooecia raised and thickened. Only one vicarious avicularium noticed near the ancestrula of one colony.
