Size: Height 13.90 - 24.40 mm, maximum diameter 21.85 - 36.35 mm, minimum diameter 17.50 - 29.75 mm.

Color: Greyish white to pale brown.

Shell is large, thick, globose with partially covered umbilicus, spire convex and little exerted; whorls rounded, concave in the upper part, body whorl inflated. Columella bears broad transversely expanded callus directed towards body whorl with a median groove but the anterior part of callus here as large as posterior one or little large and also the tip recurved. Umbilicus greatly covered leaving an angular opening. Surface is smooth, obliquely striated.
