Size: Height 7.05 - 28.20 mm, maximum diameter 10.20 - 43.30 mm, minimum diameter 8.45 - 34.20 mm.

Color: Fulvous-brown, pale band in the middle and whitish in the base and the sutures.

Shell is thick, globose, excavately umbilicated with an inflated body whorl; spire reduced; whorls rounded; surface obliquely plicately striated; columella smooth, white with polished callus extended posteriorly and fused with the body whorl leaving anteriorly the umbilical opening; aperture lunar ovate.
