Size: Length 75-300 mm. by 4 mm.

Color: No regular pigmentation.

Body long, slender, nearly cylindrical. Prostomium broad, undivided, horse-shoe shaped. Prostomium not distinctly bilobed, horse-shoe shaped. Gills appear on setiger 20, increasing to a maximum with 6 filaments and then gradually decreasing posteriorly. Notosetae capillaries and comb setae, neurosetae composite spinigers with knife-shaped terminal pieces. Acicular setae unidentate.
