Class: Polychaeta

Size: 10-12 mm. by 1-1.5 mm.

Color: Pigment spots on the anterior part, buccal tentacles dotted with red brown.

Outer paleae having broad paddle shaped tips with a central triangular spike bearing numerous lateral spines. The middle paleae are cup shaped, with a short smooth tip. Inner paleae elongated, spoon shaped with spinose egdes. A median cirrus between the opercular lobes. Tube of somewhat minute, transparent, sand grains held together by a white cement.
