Description
Size: 10-15 cm in height.

Color: Olive green

Plants small, attenuated at the base, upper portion palmate sub-dichotomously divided, margins of the lobes dentate. Thallus in section composed of superficial layers binding two to three layers of cells in between. Cells of superficial layers sub-quadratic; lower layers composed of polygonal cells. Tetrasporangia distributed over both the surfaces of the branches, globular in shape.
