Description
Size: Thallus 2.5cm high; diameter 0.5 mm

Thalli gregarious, intricated, rather rigid but flexible; short stolonoidal parts bearing densely set erect axes, cylindrical (0.5 mm in diameter) and unbranched in the basal part, becoming compressed (1 mm broad) and dichotomously to subpalmately divided in the upper parts.
